This quirky hotel has an amazing location just off the square, perfect for accessing key sites. The staff were helpful and friendly, even assisting with luggage up the stairs. The accommodations were better than a typical hostel, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. a great deal for the price.

The hotel is located in a quiet square which is a nice change from the usual alleys of Venice. It is also conveniently close to all the main tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and the rooms are decorated in a traditional Venetian style, with fabric lined walls and the bed pushed over to create a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast included in the stay was satisfactory, although some fresh fruits and eggs would have been a nice addition.

No aspect to improve, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is ideally located for all the main tourist attractions. It is just a block from St Mark's Square, allowing for easy access to all the sights. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including cappuccinos, bread, croissants, yogurt, and deli meats. The hotel also offers a rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee in a peaceful atmosphere.

The WiFi can be slow at times.

They gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. the breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants! We also loved the fact that the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the waterbus stop.

One thing to note is that there were quite a few stairs in the hotel, but the staff was always there to help with our luggage. the room we stayed in was a bit small and hot.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet and cosy room at Hotel San Gallo. The guaranteed great night's sleep ensured I felt refreshed each morning. The location was absolutely amazing, with so many eating and drinking places nearby to suit all budgets. I loved exploring the city, whether it was strolling to the famous sites or simply relaxing on a small bridge watching the gondolas pass by. The friendly and engaging staff made me feel incredibly welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Close to all major tourist attractions and right in the city center. Clean and nicely decorated rooms in traditional Venetian style. Helpful and friendly staff. Peace of mind with 24/7 reception
